These sock puppets are made with small amounts of leftover Appalachian Baby US Organic cotton yarns.
The puppet body takes about 1½ ounces and the cuff uses small amounts of contrasting colors.
Skill Level:
Moderately Easy/Intermediate. Experience knitting a sock is a plus for this pattern.
Needles and Notions:
Size US 5 (3.75 mm) 40" circular needle (for Magic Loop circular knitting) or size needed to obtain gauge
Size US 5 (3.75 mm) 7" dpns
2 buttons for eyes
Stitch markers
Stitch holders or waste yarn
Tapestry needle
