We have been guided in designing this traditional sweater and cap by the Cordova Gansey Project, a group of knitters who are keeping this heritage fishing sweater design culturally relevant. The pullover and watch cap was made using our Indigo U.S. Organic Cotton or our Shaniko Washable Wool
Yarn
The cotton version uses approximately four balls of Indigo sport weight U.S. Organic Cotton, 3 oz: 194 yd/177 m.
The wool version uses approximately four balls of Shaniko Washable Wool; 4 oz., 263 yd/240m.

Needles and Notions:
- US Size 5 (3.75mm) 24" (80cm) circular needle or size needed to obtain gauge.
- US Size 5 (3.75mm) dpns (or a second circular needle)
